Due to the re-development of the shopping center, this project included realignment, major drainage improvements, signalized intersections, and water/sewer upgrades.

The entire older developed areas of the town have been modeled using GeoHMS, a program that extracts drainage basins and characteristics from GIS based data. The results of the hydrological analysis, using HEC-HMS, alternative improvements and costs will be fed back into the town’s GIS data base.
